Day 1 LIMA: Transfer to Hotel Alcalá del Rio in San Isidro. Overnight

Day 2 LIMA: Introductory talk on Peru: Visit to Museo de la Nación.
Lunch on route to Pachacamac.
Visit of the Inka Temples. Overnight in Lima

Day 3 LIMA TO CUSCO: Transfer to the airport. Flight to Cusco
Reception at the airport by the host families. Transfer to their new homes. Lunch with the family.
PM. Gathering to discuss about the next days activities.
Group Dinner.

Day 4 CUSCO: 9 to 11 AM. Classroom activities/ Spanish
11:00 to 13:00 Field visit: walking in Cusco (Museum of Art)
Lunch on their own.
16.00 to 18.00 PM First Seminar: Geography. Dinner with the families.

Day 5 CUSCO: 8.30 to 11.oo AM. Classroom activities / Spanish.
11.00 to 13.00 Field visit: walking in Cusco Temple of the Sun (Korikancha).
Lunch on their own. 16.00 to 1800 PM.
Second Seminar: Ecology. Dinner with the family.

Day 6 CUSCO: 8.00 to 9.30 Classroom activities / Spanish
9.30 Full day trekking: Cusco (Saqsaywaman park), (picnic lunch included)

Day 7 CUSCO: Full day journey: Sacred Valley, Pisaq, Inka city & Ollantaytambo. Dinner with family.

Day 8 CUSCO: 8.30 to 11.00 Classroom activities / Spanish
11.00 to 15.00 Field visit: Pumamarka. (picnic lunch included)
16.00 Third Seminar: Folk Medicine.
Dinner with the family.

Day 9 CUSCO: 08.30 to 11.00 Classroom activities /Spanish
11.00 to 13.00 Field visit: San Blas.
12.00 Lunch on their own.
16.00 Fourth seminar: Agriculture.
Dinner with the family.

Day 10 CUSCO: 08.30 to 11.00 Classroom activities /Spanish

16.00 Sixth seminar: Architecture. Dinner with the family.

Day 12 CUSCO: 8.30 to 11.00 Classroom activities /Spanish. Leisure afternoon.

Day 13 MACHUPICCHU: Full day tour: Machupicchu.
Lunch included. Dinner on your own.
Overnight at Machupicchu.

Day 14 MACHUPICCHU: Hikes in Machupicchu, lunch on your own.
Train back to Cusco. Transfer to lodging. Dinner with the family.

Day 15 CUSCO: 8.30 to 11.00 Classroom activities /Spanish Field visit: Santa Catalina 16.00 Seventh Seminar: History.

Day 16 CUSCO: 8.00 to 10.00 Classroom activities /Spanish
Full day journey: Cusco Valley, visit to Tipon and Andahuaylillas.

Day 17 CUSCO: AM. Field visit & Eighth seminar: Weavings (to be held in Chinchero)
Lunch with peasants. Early afternoon back to Cusco.
Rest of the day at leisure.

Day 18 CUSCO: 8.30 to 11.00 Classroom activities/ Spanish
15.00 Ninth seminar: Anthropology & Sociology.
Final evaluation of the courses.

Day 19 CUSCO: Leisure day in Cusco PM. "Talent show" and Farewell Party. families and new friends will be invited.

Day 20 CUSCO: Early transfer to airport. Leisure time in Lima

Day 21 LIMA-HOME: Transfer to airport. Flight back home
